Terms of Trade

PURCHASING / PAYMENTS

Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are being processed through our system.

 All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped.

All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Glamuzina Corporation Ltd until paid for in full.

Direct Credit

Direct bank transfers can be made in New Zealand to ASB 12 3075 0128192 00

Transfers from banks other than ASB may take up to 48 hours to process and goods may not be released until the transaction is complete.

Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Glamuzina for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

We reserve the right to decline a purchase.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All products and services are subject to availability.  Glamuzina endeavours to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Glamuzina stands behind the quality of our products.

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement.

Please note, you must contact Glaumzina regarding faulty/defective items within seven days of receiving your jewellery.

PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy of your customer data and orders is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.

Credit card details are not stored.

Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
